Raymondville Texas
This is where Sandy's family reunion is held. We saw the old Garcia farm where here parents were raised. The farm is out of service and falling apart, but it still would have been a nice place to hold the reunion. Unfortunately the weather had other plans for us. We moved the reunion to a church hall where I met many familiar faces and several new ones. There were about 70-80 people there, so it was crowded. We also stopped by to visit other family members in the town. A lot of Garcia history in Raymondville and there is even a Garcia road that leads to the Garcia farm. How cool is that?
